**Intended Ease:** 5cm/2” negative ease around ribcage on bands, 6-12”/15-30cm at bust
Consider your body proportions when choosing a size and adjust following the guidance in the Make it Your Own section. If ready-made clothing is loose on your bust/chest but tight on your shoulders, etc, you could also select a smaller size than usual because the ribbing needs to be extra close fitting to prevent it slipping down the chest. **Tension**: 5 sts by 8 rows = 4” square over V-stitch
**Working method**: strips of ribbing are joined into loops. The body is worked in the round from the one of the loops. The second is attached to the final edge of the tube top. A drawstring and loops are added to the upper ribbing.
